Alexander Simon Lawrence Hairs is the Principal Solicitor at ASH Legal. He represents clients in Medical Negligence / Personal Injury matters. He has been a solicitor in NSW since 2015.

Alexander has over 7 years’ experience litigating Medical Negligence personal injury claims with Courts in NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT and SA.

Alexander is a strong advocate of his clients’ interests and is noted for his skill to communicate clearly, his patience and willingness to spend the time with his clients in order that they understand the complex legal and medical ideas associated with their case.

After graduating from Macquarie University with a degree in Law and Psychology, he joined a large Personal Injury Legal Practice where he specialised in Medical Negligence Claims. He moved to a prestigious Law firm in Sydney as the Senior Solicitor in Medical Negligence before taking up the position as the Practice Manager of the Medical Negligence Division of a well-respected full service Western Sydney Law firm.

Alexander's advocacy skills transcend the personal injury sphere he is able to deal with criminal, commercial, and wills/estate work. Having also graduated with a degree in Psychology Alexander is educated in counseling people through personal crisis' and understanding the far reaching effects of mental health issues.
